We are based in Isleworth, London, United Kingdom. All our products are shipped directly from our UK facility.

2. How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take 5–7 business days.

3. Do you offer same-day dispatch?
Yes. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are shipped the next working day.

4. Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently, we deliver only within the United Kingdom.

Yes. We accept returns for unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
