We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in new, unused condition

• It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached

• A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at info@jackethunter.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
