Will I receive order confirmation?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, we start processing it immediately. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot make sure the modifications are possible, we will do our best to assist you.
Why was my payment declined?

What is the delivery time for my order?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business day. Delivery time is 2–3 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship all orders within The United Kingdom for free.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your order.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

Do you offer same-day dispatch?
Yes. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are shipped the next working day.

What is the delivery time for my order?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
How much does shipping cost?

Can I track my order?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
